I am very impressed with the whole C-Panel, thank you and generally can work things out for myself but am stumped on this one. I am allowing a friend of mine to have some of my space as a Sub Domain, and can not figure out the address I need to let him upload via FTP directly into his folder.

    Please help

If you're giving a friend access to a certain directory to upload. What would be best to do is create an ftp account for him to use to upload to that directory only.
Adding an additional ftp account will allow your friend ONLY to see what is in the folder you set for him to upload to when creating the ftp account.

As a note (this isnt mentioned to you when creating the ftp account), the ftp username needed to login to upload the files is - username-you-created@your-domain-name.com.
