Sub-reseller in WHM

Hi!

A hosting reseller has WHM access. Is there any functionality in WHM which can enable sub-reseller accounts?

May be not on my own, but if someone is having control to a higher setting panel, can he change some settings which will let me create sub-reseller accounts?

Is it possible thru RVSkin? What if RVSkin is not installed?

So there is no in-built functionality in WHM to create accounts for sub-resellers!!
