I've setup a sub sub domain

    http://blog.staging.findthatwine.co.uk/

I'm finding for some reason no pages are being returned.

I've checked the location the it validates during:
    1. Setup of the sub sub domain
    2. In file manager

I've tried referencing a file directly within the folder and nothing comes up from the domain:
    http://blog.staging.findthatwine.co.uk/index.php

I have however tried setting up a normal subdomain and that seems to be doing the same thing.

Is there anything else I need to look for when I setup a sub sub domain and the folder it references?

When you set up the subdomain, cpanel will ask you for the location of the files - usually it fills in this information automatically. Can you verify that the document root for the "sub sub domain" is where its files are actually located?

Have validated that the document root in an FTP browser and it resolves. Also when I set the sub domain up the green tick appears.

    Anything else I can try?

Your page is redirecting to some other page catPage.php which does not exist. You might want to check .htaccess or your db configuration whether you applied some redirect there.
To be sure that your page is going to the correct folder, run 'tail -f /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log' without commas on root and open http://blog.staging.findthatwine.co.uk/andumbpage.php in your browser and hit 'ctrl + F5' repeatedly. Go to the console and see what folder precedes anydumbpage.php. The error thrown will give you the path where your sub-subdomain is resolving.
