Is there an easy way to set up a sub-subdomain using Cpanel (or just editing zone files manually).

I can't find anything on the web about doing this. I don't even know what to call them - fourth level domains? Sub-subdomains?

You can create subdomain accounts in WHM, so if you create an account for something.example.com in WHM, you could then create the subdomain of it in it's cpanel.
