Hello,

We try new cPanel feature subaccount today, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working so far. I got the following error when try to login:

The error message showing issue with invalid cpanel user. May I know how to trying to login ?

Hello :)

It's not possible to create a separate user for cPanel access at this time. Instead, the users can only access the services they are created for. The following blog post details what is implemented in version 54 of cPanel:
