Subdirectory Bandwidth Stats

Is there any way to get subdirectory stats (mysite.com/username)? Is there a script or a cPanel function, or is there another way to do it?
I have been searching my cPanel, and there are a ton of programs that have subdomain stats (username.mysite.com), but it never displays the subdirectory bandwidth stats.
