subdomain all going to sorry page

Hi, I know I'm not the first one to ask for this but my website on subdomain aren't working anymore and cannot find why. Already try absolutely all solutions on forum.

So here is my configuration:
WHM/cPanel install on dedicated server hosting his own name server and all other server (web, etc.)
Only one external IP adresse all records on the server redirecting to this ip.

Server is up for like 4 days, all subdomain was working and I've change one parameter, I've turn "Restrict document roots to public_html" to off and after a reload, all subdomain stop working. Of course I've try to turn it on back but done nothing.

Since like 12 hours, all my subdomain not working at all.
