We've had alot of customers complain recently about the bandwidth being off. All of the people complaining have subdomains that have used a ton of bandwidth, and this hasn't ever been seen in past months for these accounts. Is it possible that the bandwidth on the subdomains wasn't being calculated before and is now? Was anything recently changed dealing with bandwidth calculations that could cause this? By viewing the subdomain file in /var/cpanel/bandwidth/&subdomain&, June is the only month in there. Why is this if these are not new subdomains? Thanks.
