    Hi everyone

I have created several accounts via WHM that are actually subdomains. The account domain is actually like: something.thedomain.com.

I did not notice anything was different until someone mentioned to me that the folders they create require a trailing slash.

    This will work: something.thedomain.com/folder/
    But not this: something.thedomain.com/folder

The error that comes up when you don't have the trailing slash is:
www.something.thedomain.com could not be found. Please check your address and try again.

Does anyone know why I am having this problem?

    thanks

    Roy

    Hello,

Please delete the frontpage .htaccess file from the public_html directory. Then try again.

Let me know the status ;)
