    Another question if I may.

We transferred a site from Cpanel server to Cpanel server.

When the transfer was completed we noticed it did not bring subdomains across but the entries for them were still listed in the customers cpanel so we cannot create them again.

what files do these entries need to be deleted from so we can create the new subdomains?

For example the account has a drop down list in the customers cpanel which has

but no folders, to make it more difficult the actual domain was a parked domain so we unparked it and then created it as a separate account on the server but those subdomain entries still showed up.

    any ideas?

I have the same problem and would love to know the answer. :p

I have to transfer another domain with several subdomains soon. I think I will aproach it as follows:
    * First transfer the individual subdomains
    * Then delete the subdomains from the old server
    * Finally transfer the main domain and hope it is recreated over without the subdomain references
Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...
