Subdomain Error

When I create a subdomain I get this error:
SubDomain Maintenance

SubDomain Adder
ndc: connect: connection refused The subdomain, test.gamingforce.net has been added.

It does add it to the list of subdomains but when I try to access subdomain.maindomain.com it doesn't work. And yes I have an index file in the directory. The address www.maindomain.com/subdomain does work though.
