    Hi guys,

    I setup WHM/Cpanel on a dedicated server.

I pointed my domain to the server (changed nameservers) and it is all working fine apart from subdomains.

I created the subdomain via the Cpanel for the domain and no errors are been displayed.

I can see the folder has been created and also the zone details (when checked domain zone details via WHM).

Please could anyone help me to understand why the subdomain is NOT working while the parent domain is working fine.

    Thank you,

    kos

    Hello :)

What page do you see when you attempt to access the subdomain? Is it the default cPanel page, or do you receive a specific error message? Does the IP address it pings to match the IP address assigned to the cPanel account?

    Thank you.
