Hello,

Yesterday I created a subdomain to use for a staging of my site, but I can't access it.
When I try to visit the link, I get a DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN page.

Hey there! That usually indicates that the DNS is not properly configured. You would want to ensure the correct DNS records are created at the place where the domain's DNS is handled, which may not be on your cPanel server. I recommend the intoDNS: checks DNS and mail servers health site for checking those types of problems as it gives you a lot of detail about your DNS, and tells you what the nameservers are.

Thanks! It seems that my DNS records are handled by GD, I will check with them

They'll be able to take care of that quickly for you. Whenever the DNS is handled at a remote location you'll need to let them know about any new subdomains you create so they can get those records added.

If you still see issues after they take care of that, let us know!
