Hi, is there a restriction in cpanel regarding subdomain names that can not be used?
I'm trying to set up a subdomain called "api" api.mydomain.com on my main domain.
All I get is a white screen.. I tested other subdomains like demo, master, ect, and no problem at all...
Is there a minimum character requirement? I can't think of anything else...

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,

I was able to create a subdomain for "api" without issue. Do you notice any output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when the subdomain creation fails?

    Thank you.
