Ok, i have made a domain sub.domain.com and what normally does it that it connects to http://www.domain.com/sub/ right? BUT it wont show http://www.domain.com/sub in the address bar, it shows http://sub.domain.com. So its NOT redirecting. Now i want http://sub.domain.com/ to connect to http://www.domain.com/somefolder/sub/, this is NOT REDIRECTING meaning, in the address bar when ppl type it should show http://sub.domain.com, not http://www.domain.com/somefolder/sub/, so people must be able to see http://sub.domain.com/file.html which is located in http://www.domain.com/somefolder/sub/file.html, if it was normal redirect http://sub.domain.com/file.html it wouldnt work. So can anyone PLEASE help me to connect http://sub.domain.com/ to http://www.domain.com/somefolder/sub/

    Thank You

I wish I knew how this was done too. The basic problem is:
CPanel subdomains to be (internally) pointed to a different location than www.domain.com/sub (or public_html/sub)

So either /~sub/ or maybe even /subdomains/sub/. So far I haven't seen a solution :(

Yeah, I'd like to see a solution to this too. The destination of the subdomain should be variable.

I should be able to have some.thing.com point to whatever/subdirectory/I/want and have it remain seamless to the visitor just like CHIngs said.

    Any ideas?
