    Hi there,

    Hope someone can help!

I have an account in WHM, which is a subdomain account. ie. in the accounts list, its domain is: sub.domain.com

The user that operates this domain has requested that a second subdomain point to this domain, ie. that abc.xyz.com points to sub.domain.com

My suspicion was that this was a 'parked' domain, and that it should be added through CPanel. Attempting to park abc.xyz.com however, CPanel rejects the request with:

    How to proceed?

    Thanks in advance!

Log into WHM as the root user (not reseller), then "Server Configuration" -> "Tweak Settings" -> Ensure the tickbox is checked for "Allow Creation of Parked/Addon Domains that are not registered".
