I'm not sure if this is a WP or a cPanel problem, but when I converted my single site to a multisite (with subdomains set) I had an issue creating new sites. The original site is fine, but when I create a new site it doesn't seem to link to anything. I tried setting up a wildcard subdomain and just setting up a subdomain manually. Neither seems to work. Where am I supposed to put the subdomain? I'm new to this, I realize this is probably a dumb question.

Is the DNS for this domain name handled on the cPanel server, or do you use external DNS hosting? Does the subdomain resolve to your server's IP address?

    Thank you.
