When i go to Subdomains create subdomain and then go to "manage redirection" and type the address where to redirect, where its stored on server?
I tried to do it for mysite.com with my in public_html/.htacces locked on server using chattr -x .htaccess command.

First time it throw error about not able to write to .htaccess.
Second time it saved redirect fine.
    Third time - saved fine.

Redirect works, but i don't see any change in my .htaccess so where does it store info about this redirect?

There can also be .htaccess files in subfolders inside public_html or in the subdomain folder. If your subdomain is at /home/username/public_html/subdomain location, then check /home/username/public_html/subdomain/.htaccess file for the redirection code.
