I tried :
sub.domain.com redirects to http://domain.com/public_html/Book/index.php and it does not work.
Why do I want this?
public_html/ contains a folder: Comman with all php code, and several photo sites: book, family, portfolio...etc.
When www.domain.com is used, a list of available site is presented, and on a click, that site is opened using code that is in Comman, one level up from the site specific data.
I want to have the possibility to access a specific site without passing by the list at domain.com

When you say the redirect didn't work, did you receive any errors? If so, you may need to speak with your hosting provider to see if there is anything useful inside the Apache logs on the machine.
