have you tried :

/scripts/runweblogs

or

/scripts/runweblogs username


you could also try deleting the awstats102006.sub.domain.com.txt, located in /home/domain/tmp/awstats/ and then re-run the above

Also, check that your perl is up to date (should be 5.8.7).

What version of perl are you running. More often than not, it's because perl is not up to date.
