Subdomains Feature

Hello.

I would like to know if WHM/CPanel permits this:
Create multiple independent subdomains and each one with separate Space, bandwidht etc.
It is like creating the domains, but I'm talking if it can do the same with the subdomains.

Just create the accounts in WHM using the full subdomain URL for the account and it will be a seperate account with all the functions and controls of any other account.
