Subdomains not properly working

I'm pointing the domains to the home/public_html/<folder>
It's just not working. I changed the folder name, and I also rerouted it properly. It was working last night, and all of a sudden it just points to my "www" . Any ideas or help?

Are you using the x3 theme or some other theme (such as x or x2)?

Please check .htaccess file, may be .htaccess file is redirecting your sub-domain.
