Subdomains not working after migration

Hi, I'm sorry to reopen this old post, but I've been having the exact same issue. After an IP change, we began using BIND as our DNS resolver. Everything works fine, except subdomains which are not resolving. Dig requests do not find anything. Rebuilding apache did not help either. however, deleting and re-adding subdomains does seem to work.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I've moved this post into it's own thread.

Are you able to verify the parent domain name associated with these subdomains uses name servers associated with the cPanel server? You can use a utility such as IntoDNS.com to verify this.
