Dear Team,

we created demo folder in the public_html and created subdomain called demo.domain.com in the cpanel.

But subdomain not working.

Please suggest.

There are no A records for that subdomain. You'll have to add at least one A record in order to be accessible through internet. Also, it's not safe to post domains or IP's on the forum, anyone from the staff team will tell you that.

I did edit the post to remove the domain so it couldn't be read in plain text.

Although you may have created the domain properly inside cPanel, it's possible that isn't where the DNS for the domain is hosted. You'll want to work with your hosting provider or datacenter to see where the DNS is hosted for the domain and if there is a separate area where you should be making DNS changes.
