subdomains

    Is there a way to limit the amount of space for each subdomain?

    No, the closest you can get is if you're using pure-ftpd and create an additional FTP account for the subdomain directory and putting a limit on that, though that only limits FTP. If you want more control over a subdomain it would be better to remove it and then set it up as a full cPanel account in WHM.
