Submit to search engines

Hi everyone,

I recently tried using the Submit to Search Engines feature in cPanel and the only search engine that I got a response from was Google. Does anyone know if the feature works? I'm not sure if the submissions worked and only Google responds, if it takes a while for the others to respond or if it just plain didn't work.

It's basically more or less useless IMHO. You're better off submitting manually since many don't even accept manual submissions anyway.

Thanks for your response UJR. I guess what I'm really asking is if anyone knows if the software functions properly and actually submits a website to the search engines or attempts to. I understand it's always better to do it manually, but I really just want to know if the software is working.
