Part of my routine tasks is keeping an eye on all our company mailboxes.
Trying to stay half a step ahead of spam etc.

I view Horde under the main account level, which gives me full view of all the mailboxes, but there are two mailboxes, where i'd like to be able to view the spam and junk folders also.
I can't seem to do this in Horde, even though I've subscribed to all sub folders.

The only way i can currently see the spam folder is to log in to web mail as the actual user and view that particular mailbox.
Of course it would be easier for me if i could do this all from one place.
Am i doing something wrong ?

Hello :)

If you access another webmail application such as Roundcube, you should be able to go to "Settings > Folders" and subscribe/unsubscribe to the additional subscriptions you are referring to.

Thank you.

I disabled the other webmail clients, to make choosing which one to use a fool proof option.
I'll take a look at reinstating them and see which one works best.
Thanks
