sudden blacklist by office 365

hi guys , just wondering any one notice that office365 suddenly blocked / blacklist most of your mx without any warning , even those email node with low volume

we faced this problems on most of our cpanel node since yesterday with no way to unblock/appeal

Hello! While you should definitely review your server's mailing activity to be safe, the following documentation explains how you can request blacklist de-lsiting from Office365.

This does not mean that the sending server's IP is banned, but it means that the sender address is banned.
If you go to the address in the error message:

you see that 5.7.511 means " The account you are attempting to send from has been banned. "

anyone had any success being delisted ? I have had a couple of server here blocked and now over 24 hours after self delisting - still blocked :-(
