Sudden increase in bandwith usage

One of my web site's bandwidth got exceeded last day.

Number of visits on Sep 2013 was 9,870 only. But the number of visitors on Oct 2013 till 16th is 22,448.

cPanel Awstats shows links from an external page (other web sites except search engines) as below:

Is there anything wrong ? How can I find the exact issue in sudden increase in bandwidth ?

Hello

You mentioned the number of visitors increased. It's possible your bandwidth increased due to the number of visitors increasing. Have you reviewed the "Bandwidth" option in cPanel to see which service the increase was attributed to? Also, if Webalizer is enabled, review the statistics for the website. There should be a section that lets you know the pages that most of the bandwidth for httpd is attributed to.
