Hi folks.
Anyone else experience a sudden rise in reports of missing cname settings?
While I'm thinking it could be coincidental, it seems that recently I've been inundated with a number of customers yelling at me with, "my email suddenly stopped work with "mail" as incoming/outgoing SMTP today..."
It's become so common I don't even reply back back immediately-- I just go to "edit DNS" and check to verify whether the mail cname setting has been erased and fix it without a second thought...
Just wondering if anyone else is noticing this strange behavior as well?
There seems to be some connection with client's adding add-on domains, but I can't say for sure.
Thanks,
Jim
