Suddenly my whm cpanel unable login to the webmail.

When I type the correct password it ask me to choose squirrelmai , or cubemail , and then it just keep stuck in the login screen and unable to login.

Here are what I have done:

1) Rebooting the server entirely
2) Updating the server (yum)
3) Restart IMAP Server (Courier/Dovecot) through WHM
4) Restart Mail Server (Exim) through WHM
5) Restart POP3 Server (cPPOP) through WHM
6) Restart all server under WHM
6) Email password has been changed.
7) /usr/local/cpanel/bin/update-roundcube --force
8) add my ip and server local ip address to cPHulk white list
9) Clear cPullk table
10) /scripts/mailperm
11) /scripts/upcp
12) /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -t
13) /scripts/checkperlmodules

none of this can fix, please help

Restart cpanel service and see if that helps you out.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and or trying another browser?

Yes of coz, I tried chrome and firefox and others computer as well. After the choosing webmail screen, it bounce back to that webmail login screen again and ask you for mail.

I just did a command

/usr/bin/mysqlcheck -u root --all-database

everything is OK

also tried to use local mail client connect, it keep asking me for username and password

Please open a ticket to cPanel Support about this. You will of course need to provide root access and a user account's access for cPanel to look into this for you.

I just go to /var/log/maillog
