Suexec w/cgiwrapper - scgi-bin

Hello,

we have about 40+ accounts on our server and a good majority utilize the cgiwrapper with the "scgi-bin "... and was wondering if we enable the Suexec will this cause problems with the existing scripts in the "scgi-bin". ??
