Suggest an add-on to alert for high loads

Are there any add-ons or extensions that you can recommend that will give me some sort of a mobile alert when my server load is high? Like sending a text or a notification to my mobile?

I've had a few times over the years where I've done some coding before bed and it seemed fine, but then found that it caused a problem while I was asleep and my site was down for hours! It would be worth a small investment if I could just get a notification to wake me up when it gets over a preset number.

There are definitely some great addons for this. Munin has the capability to email but requires some configuration: Documentation – Munin

I just wanted to let you know that I got in contact with the team that manages that site and they removed all of the items associated with that provider, unfortunately, none of them were any good anymore.
