Considerint that:
1. Future development of the official version of NeoMail has been cancelled, or at the best, indefinitely suspended (source http://neomail.sourceforge.net/).
2. NeoMail doesn\'t support html messages
I wonder will Cpanel include some new webmail system? Or does anyone has suggestion which webmail to use instead of NeoMail on system running Cpanel?
Did anyone tried http://www.phpguru.org/frederick.html ?
