I'm a reseller of a Web Hosting Company
while the customer want to pay more for websapce
I need to create a new package for him and upgrade his package

I think it is not convenience and is wasting time.
I found that in WHM demo, it can "change the quota" in "Modify an Account", but this function is removed in a reseller WHM "Modify an Account", so may I suggest this function should available for a reseller but not only the WHM root user?

If you tell me that a reseller can have "change the quota" in "Modify an Account", then I will blame my web hosting company.

    Thanks for your help.

Those features should be available, ask your hosting company to enable them for you, if they haven't already, chances are they may not want to.

Don't be too hard on your host.

To enable those features, means a much larger margin for problems.

Usually creating plans and sticking to them are fine.

Maybe upgrade to the next plan for a smaller fee and make your customers real happy.

    ;)
