A nice feature of WHM would be the ability to write notes on accounts. For example, I just had a client pay for a years worth of service, and in six months I might forget that they paid for a year, so a place to jot that on the account would be nice.

You will need to submit that as a feature request at http://bugzilla.cpanel.net Keep in mind though that most billing systems take care of this for you.

agreed that these notes are usually handled via billing software, etc.

But, having a 'Note' feature would be handy, since it might not be billing related. Perhaps the account needs a special setting, or special filters, or they have a script that needs to be checked after updating.

This would be handy when you have other server admins. currently, I have a text file on the server for notes so when I have a 'guest admin' while on vacation, they have a way to check for any 'special' directions.

I would include a "Server Notes" and "Account Notes"

If only I wasn't too lazy to go add it to the feature requests.
