Is it possible to enable suphp for just one cpanel account and have all the other accounts with it off?

It would only be possible under the current cPanel implementation for PHP to enable suPHP and still run another PHP handler if you used PHP 4 for suPHP and PHP 5 for the other PHP handler (or vice versa). This wouldn't restrict the one user to suPHP, though, as other users on that PHP version could still use PHP as well.

So, basically, you can run suPHP along with another PHP handler, but only if you run suPHP on a different PHP version than your existing one. I really wouldn't recommend using PHP 4 on a machine if you are on PHP 5 at this time.
