    I don't have WHM access so I tried to execute from a shell and it gives the error below:

    user@asd [~]$ /usr/local/cpanel/cpanel -S
    -bash: /usr/local/cpanel/cpanel: No such file or directory

    Are you logged in as root user? Your Forums Access Level says you're a Website Owner. You might have SSH access but not root level. If thats the case, you'll need to speak with your Hosting Provider.
