Support Logic, Mail Pipe, How? [moved]

Hi guys,

I've installed support logic on my server using Fantastico, but im stuck at the point of getting the mail pipe to work, I was going to look on their site but its offline (it says the "Sorry, but this board is currently unavailable. Please try again later.") So I'm asking here... I have no idea what to do on this one so anyone that has this working please explain how

I just installed the script to check it out... and wasn't able to get it to work.

You should just be able to add a forward to pipe to pipe.php.

| /home/account/public_html/install_dir/pipe.php

If you want a good helpdesk system check out cerberus at http://www.cerberusweb.com/ They offer it free for a single email address (e.g. [email protected]) but you can have multiple people login and handle tickets.

It's too bad fantastico doesn't strike a deal to add cerberus to their install script. With the exception of perldesk for $100 all the fantastico support scripts suck.

Why do you Fantastico people post your issues here? Maybe you should be posting on the netenburg forum as this is unrelated to Cpanel. Come on, get the proper support from the proper forums.

eeeew us "Fantastico" (using hands to make quote marks as I speak the forbidden word) people. I feel so dirty.

because it is a cpanel problem, its resolved anyway now, i decided to just use something else.

It's not a cPanel problem. If you use fantastico you should post on their support forums.
