Support Submission

    This is regarding the part where we Log into cpanel and click on "Contact" or "Help - Contact Customer Support".

    I would like to disable this, and know can be done via
    WHM: Main -> Packages -> Feature Manager
    WHM: Main -> Support -> Configure Customer Contact

    Due to the number of servers that we have, please let us know if this can be disabled via terminal and the associated files .

    Hello tuxer,

    For the Support System Submission option in WHM > Packages > Feature Manager default list, you can find it at:

    /var/cpanel/features/default

    The option to set it off would be:

    cpanelpro_support=0
    For the Configure Customer Contact area, that isn't normally setup anyway unless configured, so if you aren't wanting to have it enabled to begin with, you'd only need to use the Feature Manager to disable it as described above.
