Support System Submission

    Support System Submission is the ticket system wich users use to report problems to administrator of the server (owner) or to be send to cPanel? Can anywhere be set-up a third-part (tech email for example) so the clients can use ticketing system to send mail to admin or tech?

    The Support System Submission icon in the cPanel interface (also WHM plug-in) allows a hosting provider to have an icon in their cPanel interface for their customers to click to report any issues they are experiencing. This would typically go to the hosting provider itself and can be piped to an application or sent to a specific email address (perhaps the admin) or simply be made to redirect to a URL.
