I am trying to expedite a ticket but i got an error unhandled exception string: malformed json string, neither tag, array, object, number, string or atom, at character offset 0 (before "can't connect to sto...") at /home/support/lib/tickets/ticket/purchaseprioritysupport.pm line 109.
Update - our team was able to reproduce this issue with the ticket system and it's being addressed now.
They are still working on this, but apparently it is intermittent so we're trying to ensure this gets fixed in all cases.
Update - this has been resolved. If you see ANY other issues with the priority ticket bump, please let me know.
