mm.. i think this is the right section. If i am wrong please move to the right section. my problem is.... i tried to submit tickets.. i can login, i can type.... but at the End.. when i clicked.. the is loaded and blank. i am using mozilla firefox and IE7.. at this time now... the main page also blank, everything is blank.

Is this an issue with the support tickets functionality in cPanel or with submitting a ticket to cPanel.net?

same errors. when ive clicked at SEND.. its blank at Firefox. and at IE7 : HTTP 500 Internal Server Error

In the interest of ensuring your ticket is addressed, send in the message as an email to Support & Customer Service | cPanel, Inc. and I'll route it over to our support staff. Note that you were having problems using the ticket submission screen so I know to put a note on the ticket for our SysAdmins.

Clear your cache and cookies and it will fix it for you. If it doesnt please let me know.

I have been unable to open a ticket w/ cPanel for the last week.

I have zero cache set up in order to empty it (forced @ 0 MB), and as my laptop has a brand-new hard drive with no recovered data, there are no cPanel-related cookies to clear.

I also get the blank screen in Firefox. The version of FF is: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.8.1.9) Gecko/20071025 Firefox/2.0.0.9

I will send my issue in through [email protected] ... thanks for offering an alternative.

If anyone else is experiencing an error 500 or blank screen while submitting a ticket, please send PM or E-Mail me your workstation's IP address and about how much time has passed since you experienced the error.
