When I try to suspend accounts on WHM, it returns no error, it shows account as suspended, but the sites are still acessible. I had tried upcp --force, but even updating this bug wasn't fixed. Can someone help? ;\

I am sure cpanel staff would suggest the same thing, but I would submit a ticket to cpanel.

I have seen the very same issue lately. The suspension process would complain that /bin/false was not in the shells list, so I added it, then unsuspended the accounts and suspended them again and it did the trick. Maybe just unsuspending/suspending again would make it, too...

    Good luck :)

If the line doesn't exist in your /etc/shells, this command will add it :

    Code:
    echo '/bin/false' >> /etc/shells
