Suspend does not effect IMAP

Hi,

After suspending a users account, i found they still had IMAP access. I renamed the /etc directory in there home folder to prevent logins. Suspend should change passwords for IMAP access should it not?

WHM 8.9.0 cPanel 8.9.0-R33
