SOLVED Suspend domain from sending e-mail

Is there a way to suspend a whole domain from sending e-mail?

I know you can suspend an account, but I want to suspend all accounts of a given domain.

The thing is this domain is sending mass email (I think their devices were infected with a virus that's sending spam) and I need to prevent being list in a spammer blacklist.

Suspend cPanel account outgoing email

This function sets Exim's queue to suspend and force failure for email that a user sends to an external address. **Note:** If mail for a cPanel user's account is suspended, the system will reject their email before the mail server puts it in queue.
