If dark_hunter is the reseller that suspends the account, that URL would be correct then. If root suspends and account owned by reseller dark_hunter it would go to root's suspended page. You can edit roots page from WHM > Modify Suspended Account Page option. And the resellers suspended page in the resellers /home/dark_hunter/public_html/suspended.page/

The system does not send traffic to a suspended accounts own page. ie: hisdomain.com/suspended.page/index.html

When do you get the 'Page not found' error ? Initially, you had mentioned that you are getting the account's suspended page!

    It keeps going to:
    Code:
    http://www.dark_hunter.com/suspended.page/
But I want it to go to:
    Code:
    http://www.hostingdirect.info/suspended.page/
    Where can I change this?

    Is the directory
/home/hostingdirect/public_html/suspended.page/ there? Is there an index.html inside it? And did the user hostingdirect suspend the account?

I am hostingdirect that is my site. I have WHM and root access. I put the folder and index.html in there I just want it to go thought when people get suspended by me. I have suspended one person but its not going to that URL I want.

When your reseller account is setup, the /suspended.page/ directory in public_html, the /cpanel3-skel/ directory in the root of that account etc, are setup/created by the system. You don't create them. You can of course edit the files in them but you do not create these.

As previously mentioned in this thread:

Where does your domain forward to when you suspend the account, exactly? What URL?

The owner of that account must be a reseller, and he must be the one that suspends the account. If this is all correct and it's not working correctly, you'll probably want to put in a ticket with your provider to take a peek, or contact cPanel support and have them take a look.
