WHenever I try to suspend or unsuspend an account, cpanel just hangs and keeps going and going for a long time. I finally have to close the page and reload WHM. It *appears* that the suspension part works, but I can't unsuspend an account. When I try to unsuspend an account, it keeps hanging and I finally have to close the window after 15 minutes. Then WHM thinks the account isn't suspended, even though the webpage shows it's suspended.

    Any ideas?

When you try to suspend or unsuspend an account, please check /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log for any possible errors.

Next, you might be exceeding Max cPanel process memory. Check it in WHM > Tweak Settings for Max cPanel process memory and try increasing it to 1024 MB to see if that might resolve the issue.
