suspend user (heavy load)

once in a while we have some funny user, running quit resource intensive scripts mostly php or pl.

Now there is a function called 'suspend if a user reach bandwith ...'
Is there such a function if a user create a certain amount of cpu load?

Or how do handle such nasty customer?

Would also be nice to see in WHM if there was a way to view their load overtime and what scripts they ran that caused the high load. It would be good to find out any problems that the user was not aware of.
