    Hello,

When I try to view a suspended account on my server, I get the following:

    ----------------------------

    Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /suspended.page/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    ----------------------------

Can anyone please tell me how to correct this so instead I see the proper suspended message I set up in WHM?

    Thanks for your time.

You should be able to view that by default. Here are the permissions I have by default:

    For the directory suspended.page: 0755

    For the file index.html: 0644

I had the same problem, i found out that the /suspended.page/ is just a directory under the main reseller account.

Which means that if the website of the reseller is using .htaccess rules to change the index page, then the "index.html" is ignored and apache tried to find another index which doesn't exist under /suspended.page/.

So, i had to create an /suspended.page/.htaccess with:

    DirectoryIndex index.html

so the index is re-set back to index.html and now a suspended message shows up fine.
